Cancellation and Refund Policy
These conditions apply to private transfers, local transfers and selected support services coordinated through HurghadaTransfer.de.
Free Cancellation
Standard private transfer bookings can usually be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time, unless different terms were agreed in writing.
Late Cancellation
If a transfer is cancelled less than 24 hours before the confirmed pickup time, a cancellation fee may apply.
No-Show
If the traveller does not appear at the agreed meeting point and does not contact us within a reasonable time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be non-refundable.
Flight Delays
In case of flight delays, the traveller should inform us as soon as possible. We try to adjust the pickup time to the actual arrival time whenever possible.
Request a Cancellation
To cancel or change a booking, contact us by WhatsApp or email with your name, travel date, route and booking details.
