Booking Process
- The traveller sends the route, hotel, date, flight details, number of passengers and luggage information.
- We confirm the vehicle type, route, price and pickup details.
- The traveller receives confirmation by WhatsApp or email.
- Before arrival, we confirm the meeting point and contact details.
- The traveller is taken directly to the hotel or destination.
Payment Options
Depending on the route and booking type, payment may be available online, by payment link, bank transfer or cash on arrival.
Separate Travel Services
Transfers and local support services are booked as separate services. HurghadaTransfer.de does not sell flights, hotels or complete package holidays.
