Terms for Private Transfers and Local Support
These terms apply to enquiries, bookings and coordinated services through HurghadaTransfer.de.
1. Service Description
HurghadaTransfer.de coordinates private airport transfers, local transfers and selected support services in Egypt through local drivers and partners.
2. No Package Travel
HurghadaTransfer.de does not sell flights, hotels or complete package holidays. Transfers and local support services are separate individual services.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed when route, date, time, vehicle type, price and pickup details have been confirmed in writing by WhatsApp or email.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are stated per vehicle or agreed service. Depending on the booking, payment may be made online, by payment link, bank transfer or cash.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide correct flight details, hotel names, travel dates, passenger numbers and luggage information.
6. Liability
HurghadaTransfer.de is not liable for circumstances outside its control, including flight changes, traffic disruption, official measures or incorrect customer information.
