Who meets you: the driver or an airport representative?

Depending on the assignment, either the driver or a member of our airport team waits with the sign. The representative welcomes you and accompanies you to the confirmed vehicle.

The vehicle may be parked a short distance from the exit for operational or security reasons. Follow the confirmed representative and do not enter a vehicle offered by an unknown person.

What if you cannot see the representative?

Remain in the confirmed public waiting area outside arrivals. Do not follow anyone who does not know your booking name or cannot clearly identify the company.
